02. About
I build software, and I think a lot about why it should exist in the first place — not just how to make it work.
I started out in full stack development, corporate and freelance — React, Node, PHP, the usual stack soup. Along the way I got into the parts of the job nobody puts on a resume: figuring out why a site was slow, closing security holes, untangling what a feature was actually supposed to do before writing a line of code.
That curiosity pulled me toward business analysis for a while — requirements analysis, software testing, and a lot of asking why before anyone opened an editor. These days I’m headed back toward hands-on technical work, with some new directions I’m still sorting out.
What I do know: I like building things end to end, and I’m not done learning. If you’re looking for someone who can code, ask good questions, and isn’t pretending to have it all mapped out — that’s me.
Also work in SQL, WordPress, and Python for data analysis.
